Church Chapels

The Church has two Chapels situated at different places of the Parish and also has two Holy Cross-Shrines.

In 1980 His Grace Geevarghese Mar Gregorious Metropolitan named the Muthamkuzhy Chapel as "Mor Geevarghese Sahadha" Chapel and delivered the Holy Mass. The feast of Sahadha is celebrated on 24th and 25th of April every year with full of joy and devotion.

Mass Timing: 7.30am (Every Sunday)

The foundation stone for Malippara Eldho Mor Baselios Chapel was laid on 30th of September '06 by His Beatitude Baselios Thomas First Catholicose and sacramented on 17th of March 2007 by His Grace Kuriakose Mar Yousebios Metropolitan. On 1st and 2nd day of October the believers celebrate the feast for the holy remembrance.

Mass Timing: 7.30am (Every 2nd and 4th Saturday's)
Prayer Meeting: 6.30pm (Every Last Sunday)

In 1956 the stone cross inside the church was attached to the Holy Cross-Shrine at Chelad Erappungal junction in the name of St. Parumala Mor Gregorios Metropolitan.

On 24th of April 2006 the foundation stone was laid for building a Cupola in the name of Mor Geevarghese Sahadha at the place of the Holy Cross centered at Chemmenkuthu. And the sacrament ceremony was done by Catholicose His Beatitude Baselios Thomas First Bawa on 3rd of September '06. Every 4th and 5th days in May is dedicated to celebrate the holy remembrance of the Sahadha.
