Introduction - St. John's Jacobite Syrian Church

St. John's Jacobite Syrian Church, located at Chelad beside the Kothamangalam - Thattekkad road is an ancient church catering to the spiritual needs of the people living in and around this area. It is deemed to be an important church in the Angamaly Diocese reaching out to spiritual, social, educational and cultural realms.

To its glory there are two chapels and two Holy Cross-Shrines functioning at various points for the spiritual enhancement.

 

St. John's Youth Association, Pindimana

Youth Association is the most leading organization among the various spiritual organizations under the Malankara Syrian Christian Church. The administrative expertise as well as moral support from the supreme spiritual leaders of the church led this organization to find its main accounts on devotional activities, education, service to the society, securing the belief and evangelical preaches.
